Monday, March 5 – Friday, March 9, 2018

This week has been a whirlwind! Phew!

AP Research: Students are finalizing computations of their raw data collected (and learning what to “say” in their findings and conclusions). I handed out a calendar with LOTS of info on Friday. READ THIS AND SEE Mrs. Rager with questions: AP Research Calendar 2018

Brit Lit: Students have submitted 3 article summaries. On Thursday, students were given a rubric of how they’ll be scored on the research paper, and students took notes over  MLA format. The paper will be due on 3/23/18.  On Friday, students logged onto Study Island and took two 10-question practices (aka QUIZZES) over Citations (go through the lesson first before attempting practice) & Supplying and Developing Evidence (no lesson, just practice) logon to  Study Island Portal  to complete (your logon is how you logon to school’s computers)  Students do the practices twice, and I’ll take your best score. This score was put in the grade book on Friday. We’re going to start writing our papers on Monday 🙂  The research

YBK: The calendar has been handed out. Everyone knows their assignments. Let’s get them done!
